Responsible for day-to-day project management and the workload of assistant team members, design quality and prompt delivery. Supported senior colleagues in business development by managing and retaining client relationships, following industry trends locally and internationally. Led the development of BIM modelling and processes to improve the efficiency of deliverable production, coordinating with the wider MEP team.
